Learn to cross-country ski in the beautiful Monadnock region of New Hampshire, only 1.5 hours away from Cambridge. We will be visiting Windblown, a cross-country ski center family owned for 30 years. We will drive there early on Saturday morning in time to arrive for the 11 am lesson. After getting all necessary equipment and taking a lesson, we will spend the day skiing on their 18 miles of groomed trails of all difficulties. We will then ski in ½ mile to spend Saturday night at the wood-stove heated warming hut, pictured above. The hut can accommodate a maximum of 15 people. More skiing on Sunday morning and then home to Cambridge by early afternoon.
